**ISO/Resell Tickets**

Tickets for resale, as well as ISO links, can be found on our website. This is the only approved method for transferring a ticket. If you only need to update the name on your tickets, please contact Jenny Flores, PA, directly for assistance. Please note that if you transfer a ticket yourself, it will not be valid when you check in at the event.

​HOTEL INFORMATION
Will there be a block of rooms reserved at the hotel?  
Yes, we are currently coordinating with the hotel to obtain the reservation link for the block of rooms.
When should we expect to receive the hotel link?  
We anticipate providing the link to everyone by the end of December or early January.

PRE-ORDERS 
Pre-ordering your book guarantees that you will receive a copy. As an added bonus, some authors may offer extra goodies with your pre-order, although this is not always the case.  
Please note that you are not allowed to pick up books for others who do not have a ticket to the event. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to those who have purchased tickets and to prevent authors from running out of books due to a large number of people picking up items for non-ticket holders. Additionally, this helps to avoid situations where individuals show up without a ticket and try to enter the signing room simply because they pre-ordered a book.
The team will update the pre-order page on our website as we receive links from the authors. As of today, we have authors Sara Cate, AR Hall, Carrie Ann Ryan, Heather Slade, Daryl Banner and Eva Simmons.
